Customer relations is terrible. Had an agreed match price. Showed up for purchase and was told $110 over agreed match price. Was told to go spend my money elsewhere. I won't be going back. And someone else WILL get my $$$.

Happy Anniversary to me. 2 years waiting for warranty parts for my mower. I only spent around $4800 on Husqvarna equipment so Im not a big customer so I dont expect anything above what would be considered normal customer service . People are nice enough, but its results you look for. I really try to support local businesses but in this case I dont think I can recommend Chenango Supply for anything. If youre buying Husqvarna you may want to consider Power and Paddle in Candor, Ive heard good things about them.

Great business with helpful staff. I ran something over with my Husqvarna tractor and broke all kinds of stuff under the mower deck. I was expecting to go in and have them tell me they had to order all the parts. Low and behold, they had everything in stock. 10 minutes later I was out the door with everything I needed to get my tractor back up and running! Thank you.
