I have been going to this place for a few years now for routine maintenance, and they've always been fair. The true test, however, was when i had a not so routine problem with my car. And they passed that test with flying colors! They quickly and accurately diagnosed the problem, got it fixed, and sent me on my way! I had a very similar issue with the car when i first got it and between mavis and the dealership i got it from, when it came to what the actual problem was, they were just guessing and throwing parts at it. But Upfront figured it out and got it right the first time, which in it of itself impressed me. Then i was even more thrown back when i did a little research on how much it generally costs to do what they did and the price they charged me was at the very lowest of the range of prices for the same job! This is definitely a place i can trust!

I absolutely love this shop and it is the only place I trust to take my vehicle. All of the staff are friendly, engaging, and beyond helpful. Don't hesitate taking your vehicle here, Upfront is the best shop in the area!!

I am on a trip to pick up my cousin who is moving to Canada with my family and I. I had my transmission, just stopped working on my truck, and would not move anymore. Steve and his technicians got me back on the road as quickly as possible. There was some delay but at no fault of Steve and any of his crew. They were professional, courteous, and upfront with everything right from the start. I hope I never break down again on a trip but if I did I would want it to be close enough to Steve and the technicians at up front auto clinic so I could get him to fix it
