        Very friendly and helpful! When Great Lakes Honda City service wanted me to schedule an appt just to check my car battery, Goodyear did it immediately and changed my battery so I didnt get stuck with a vehicle that would not start! Thank you!

        Your alignment failed inspection. You put my oil filter on extremely tight. The pinhole in the ps line drained all the ps fluid in one night. The loosened tramsmission cooling line was noticed and tightened . Luckily I put floor mats under my car after you corrected the oil filter by installing a new one. That night all the ps fluid drained. Pretty big pin hole Julio. My ps pump or even the rack could have been ruined. Never bringing my Avalon back there. No thanks.NO.STAR!!
