        Due to insurance reasons, I've only been coming to this pharmacy for a month now. So far, the pharmacy staff has been courteous and respectful. But today when I came in to pick up my prescriptions, the security and front cashier had the nerve to racially profile me and my daughter. Why? because we are African-American? And wearing masks? No other customer had to have their bag checked. First of all, what in the hell is there to steal, when the shelves are damn near empty? And let's be real here, if the lp and the front cashier were on the streets, they would be experiencing racial hate and discrimination themselves with what the way things are going on in this city. My son was a loss prevention officer in this location and the on on 21st Street in the past. Even then, I never really felt the vibe of this location. Trust me, if it weren't for my insurance changing, I would have stayed at Walgreen's, where everyone knows me and I am treated like the PAYING customer that I am. And not a common criminal based on my skin color! Do better Rite Aid!!

        I went there for a flu shot, arrived at my designated time, filled out all my documents online beforehand. There was no one else there getting a shot (the room was empty), but I had to wait 25 minutes. I saw the woman who administered the shot a few times just wandering around as well, so I was confused why I needed to wait. I was also told to decline consultation about the shot. The shot itself took 10 seconds, and the woman administering the shot was fine, not great, but fine. Bottom line, expect to spend a half-hour time for you to get your 10 second shot, even if you have an appointment. Plan accordingly.

        It always closes 15 minutes and more early! This is not some small store to do that ! There are medicines and very important things to buy!!
