Worst dental clinic that has ever existed. Stay far away! Told me my insurance didn't cover scaling for a cleaning, as though that isn't the entire point of a cleaning to keep from developing periodontal disease. Took blurry X-rays, told me I had 8 cavities, did fillings in half my mouth, was frozen for over 12 hours, and when I went to get a second opinion I had NO cavities in the other 4 she said I had. Crooked terrible business. Wish I had written sooner, but if you want to kick up some new dental trauma and ptsd, this is the place to go.

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Rainbow Dental P.C. as a new patient, and I must say it was a remarkably pleasant experience from start to finish. From the moment I walked in, I was impressed by the efficiency and professionalism of the staff. The intake process was swift and seamless, thanks to the attentive assistance of the assigned staff member. She efficiently handled all the necessary paperwork and procedures, including taking my X-rays with precision. Moreover, the minimal wait time added to the convenience of the visit, reflecting the clinic's commitment to prompt service. Dr. Nabila Mannan promptly attended to me following the X-rays, demonstrating a high level of professionalism and empathy. Despite my usual nervousness at dental appointments, Dr. Mannan's warm demeanor instantly put me at ease. Her extensive knowledge and expertise were evident throughout the consultation, and she provided me with the necessary referral with clarity and thoroughness. Overall, my experience at Rainbow Dental P.C. surpassed my expectations, and I wholeheartedly recommend this clinic to anyone seeking quality dental care in a welcoming environment. Dr. Mannan and her team have undoubtedly earned my trust and gratitude, and I look forward to my future visits with confidence.

I recently visited Dr. Nabilas dental office for treatment of a cavity. Initially, I sought treatment for a single tooth, but Dr. Nabila recommended addressing cavities in two teeth during the same visit. Surprisingly, she suggested performing the procedure without anesthesia, which deviated from standard practice and heightened my apprehension about the treatment, given my existing dental anxiety.
Despite my insistence, Dr. Nabila initially hesitated to use anesthesia, a decision that made me feel quite uncomfortable. Although anesthesia was ultimately administered, its efficacy seemed insufficient, as I experienced pain throughout the procedure and the discomfort persisted even after its completion. The rapid pace at which the procedure was conducted further contributed to my discomfort, leaving me questioning the thoroughness of the treatment.
Post-treatment, the pain necessitated the use of Motrin for relief and persisted for several days, impacting my daily activities. Attempting to schedule a follow-up appointment proved challenging due to limited availability, forcing me to seek treatment elsewhere.
After this experience, characterized by unexpected treatment decisions, post-procedure discomfort, and scheduling difficulties, I am deeply disappointed with Dr. Nabilas practice. This unfortunate episode marks a significant departure from the quality dental care Ive come to expect in Queens, compelling me to seek services elsewhere in the future!!
