        Staff is very friendly, helpful, knowledgeable about their products, and multilingual. I visited the store to find a phone plan and device for my elderly mother, who is not tech-savvy. She is also not fond of cellphones so I do not want to invest in devices or a plan that she might disregard (this reflects her behavior, not the quality of products/service ). Their products seem affordable and the man and woman who attended to us were very helpful and understanding. We are strongly considering purchasing with this store, and will be back soon.
