        Won't recycle phones unless you buy a new one. Not acceptable that Verizon is not doing it's part for the environment. Not that surprising either from a company that will sell you rainbow colored products while financing hateful politicians.

        This place is the WORST. They overcharge, won't answer the phone, and are randomly closed sometimes. The staff has no idea what's going on and they're rude on top of it. Save yourself the misery and go literally anywhere else. Would give negative stars if I could.
