        Been Surfing these waves - for someone coming to the Hamps for Surf its like catching a private spot in Malibu great great location. Cant say anything about the rooms Bc I didnt stay here.

        The hotel was not full, but they gave us a room 2x what others cost. $500 vs $200. Ripoff!
