        Very bad experience. Son did not get value for the very expensive price. Customer service was not helpful. Would have a stayed if customer service was better.

        Update: shortly after posting my initial review, the supervisor I spoke with was not only extremely helpful, but also adamant about resolving the issues I had. She was understanding, pleasant, and we both managed to come to an agreement. Though my time with Varsity Tutors was short, I will always remember the kindness displayed by the supervisor and some of the tutors I worked with briefly.

        What an awesome experience for my kids! (I enjoyed it too!) In a world where the extra curriculars and travel isnt happening, this was a great learning experience for my kids, and a nice change of pace. I was really impressed that it was more than just a video...the level of interaction was top notch from the chat box to the multiple choice answers for the Dino quiz. We will definitely be checking out more classes!
