If I could leave zero stars I would. From the absolutely absurd prices weren't enough of an indication this store isn't worth shopping at, just know that if you do not checkout items on a guest account, they will charge your card the amount in the cart. Then, the company will give you the run-around for as long as possible to keep your money. What is this company run by leprechauns?

This store has some extremely shady and dishonest business practices. Higher ups must be some really greedy people, because it seems there's not much Torrid won't do to get a quick buck over on you. Clothes are overpriced, the shoes aren't because they fall apart, and the in-person employees pretty much scammed me for a coat with defective parts. This store is extremely shameful.
