        Sales clerk started using foul language in front of a customer with a very young child all due to whether an item was on sale or not. It turned out the item was on sale after the manager was called but no apology was given. Very poor customer service...

        Returned a dress and asked for the amount to be put back on my charge card. Unfortunately I did not have the receipt. So I have to find something in the store. I don't wear the clothes because they are for young girls. I brought the dress for my sister. Horrible store policy if I don't wear your clothes. I won't be shopping at HM again
