This place is a JOKE. If I could give it negative stars I would. I sat for 3 hours taking my exam, completed the end of test surveys, and clicked to end my test. My screen popped up saying waiting for results. After several minutes my computer timed out and kicked me off. It didn't save any of my answers, and my official score report says I answered zero questions. IT was called, and they did nothing except. After paying a couple hundred dollars to take the test, then to deal with the run around they gave me, was frustrating to say the least. I was told they would look into the issue and reach out to me within 24 hours- they never did. Save your money and time, schedule your test with a different agency.

It was okay, they handle all the test security so you can sit and complete your assessment in a small cubicle nestled among a half dozen others. It's a simple, well run, no-frills operation. Leave all your stuff in the car or use the convenient free lockers.

Overall a good experience, I was able to check in fast and get into my exam early. I didnt like the close proximity of sitting next to others in the exam room and the room was small, but the desk was clean and there was enough desk space to not feel imposed on.
