I am from out of the area. I placed an order online for a BOGG bag bevy and they were so kind to call and verify my order. I asked to make a change and they had no problem making the change to make me an extremely happy customer. We are so happy we found a store with them in stock and had a superior customer service experience. We will shop from them again in the future!

I was on the fence first if I wanted to spend the money, then seen BUY 2 GET 1 Free and was like Oh Yeah (LOL), the sales person explained you could mix match any combo you wanted. As soon as I went in the store I was greeted, asked if there was anything the sales person could help me with. I asked the prices of the rings I wanted, she looked them up in the book told me. She then proceeded to take the rings out, tried them on I had seen a ring combo that I wanted to buy on another website. Thought I took a pic of what it looked like so I looked in my phone but of course did not have it in there. The sales person was very pleasant, helpful, courteous, did not seem annoyed at how long it me to me to decide. I will definitely go back

Nice store, but I went in the store today and the sales girl was on her phone arguing with her boyfriend. No one to help you see anything in the cases. Very sad.
