Probably the worst dirtiest hotel we have ever stayed at...from poor service,Dirty, nothing working and unprofessional staff...The Marriott should be disgraced to have their name on this place...would not stay their for free....

Went here visiting from Brooklyn to visit my girlfriend. The room was awesome very spacious clean and comfortable. Not sure if I just got lucky with the right room but it was a great room I had a great and theres a bar down stairs behind the counter just in case you want a drink and the store is closed Im looking forward to going back. I actually cant wait. I hope the room is as good as the last time. Kind of pricey but you can get a some what decent rate if you book ahead of time and look hard enough your spending at least 140 and thats only with the app discounts.

We arrived to the hotel late at night and it was run down and seemingly in a bad neighborhood. Upon checking in we went to our room and it was dirty - the bathroom had hair all over, remotes and phone were greasy and there was hair in the bed under the sheets with no suitable mattress cover. We called and were given a different room which was in pretty similar condition gross. The front desk told us they were going to talk to the GM to potentially get a night comped, but we heard nothing. The entire experience was awful and not worth the amount we paid. We changed hotels after 2 nights and only stayed those 2 because they were prepaid.

Don't, just don't! I'm a loyal Marriott member. So it pains me to rate a property, Towne Place Suite, that I have used and loved in the past so horribly. First off, upon arrival the place looked very old and beat down. Didn't leave because I was stuck due to repaying. So we went in and upon trying to check in, the lady quoted a larger amount of money than I was tracking from prepayment. Not to argue until I got the bill because it was late in the evening, I simply said okay and carried on to the room provided. We got to the room and instantly it smelled so bad, like rat infestation bad in my opinion. So I get it and began checking the room, bed first it was dirty! I'm talking piboc hair dirty on the old mattress with mattress cover both of which needs renewing! Picked up the phone and it looked like it hadn't been touched in ages! Just bad. So I called and explained to which they changed is from the second to seventh floor. Same room type same conditions as it was dirty also. I'm having a hard time keeping loyal with Marriott due to this and will change rooms to the Crowne Plaza tomorrow. Dirty nasty rooms speaks volume. Plus these rooms cost 189+ per night. UNSAT!!
