Worst hotel I've ever encountered. Filled with illegal immigrants. Smells like fecal matter and had people sleeping in the hallways. Do not go there!! it's not safe!!

The Wi-Fi didn't work. The entire hotel reeked of cigarettes and pot. The mattress sagged. There was garbage piled up in the hall. There was a cockroach in the room. We didn't bother with breakfast because we couldn't get out fast enough.

It was ok ,my fiance and myself was a little skeptical to stay there because we heard the place had bed bugs but because my money was unrefundable we took a chance and walked with alcohol and lysol..we were uncomfortable and thank God we didn't see any or was bitten by any, and the hallway was very dark ,the closet was there but nothing to hang the clothes on ,there was an iron but no iron board ,there was a microwave but not even a cup or tea bags ,the place could use a make over ,while in the elevator a guy tried to sell us a cellphone that made us very uncomfortable seems as if a lot of homeless pple lives there..
Rooms: Was clean but few things missing
Safety: Hallways are too dark need more lighting

Bed bugs were present someone was in the room for probably 30 seconds and the manager is choosing to not refund my money. I lost hotel points that I saved up and applied to this room. I am reading endless reviews on here saying the same thing. Unfair treatment all around.

Anyone who wants to come stay in this hotel after reading the reviews must be a joker. This hotel does not deserve a single star; it's not even a proper hotel. I don't understand how the Ramada brand is allowing this clown to run the hotel in such a terrible state. The rooms are disgusting, with roaches, bed bugs, and smelly hallways. The hotel was full of illegal immigrants. There's no WiFi, only two pillows and two towels in the room. When I requested additional pillows and towels, they just ignored my request. The WiFi never worked during the two nights I stayed; the front desk lady told me to contact customer support for their hotel internet service provider... lol. She was very rude and upset with me for pressing about the non-functional WiFi. The breakfast was the worst; you're not allowed to self-serve breakfast. The hotel lobby had security and federal government employees to guard and help illegal immigrants. While I was working in my room, these so-called 'refugees' were loud in the hallways, drinking beer, partying, and having fun with their women. These 'refugees' were sitting in the parking lot making BBQ and drinking beer. All this made me sick to my stomach. I have traveled to many states and stayed at different hotels, from expensive ones to cheap hotels, but this hotel is the bottom of all hotels. I have never in my life seen any hotel like this. I'm glad I canceled my stay and moved on to another hotel. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL, GUYS. Pay a little more and have some peace of mind.
