        I had an absolutely dreadful experience with Extra Appliance Repair. First off, their customer service is nonexistent. I called multiple times and was put on hold for ages, only to be met with rude and unhelpful representatives when I finally got through. When the technician finally arrived at my house, he seemed completely clueless about how to fix my appliance. He spent more time scratching his head than actually diagnosing the problem. Not to mention, he left a mess behind and didn't even bother to clean up after himself. To make matters worse, the repair didn't even last. Within a few days, my appliance broke down again, and when I tried to reach out to Extra Appliance Repair for a follow-up, they were unresponsive and indifferent to my concerns. Overall, I would never recommend Extra Appliance Repair to anyone. Save yourself the headache and find a more reliable and professional service provider.
