My refrigerator was not functioning properly and my stocked freezer was in jeopardy of losing all the stored frozen food. I called KBs appliance repair and spoke to Kevin and made a scheduled appointment within a few days. Much to my surprise, Kevin called the very next day and was able to come to my home that afternoon. Within a few minutes of inspecting the refrigerator, Kevin knew exactly what the problem was and immediately order the necessary parts to fix it. He returned the next day with the parts, defrosted the freezer and cleaned the coils while installing the part. He even helped me with emptying out the freezer and replacing the food when finished. I wad so impressed with his knowledge, professionalism and patience in taking the time to explain and answer my many questions as well as his willingness to work with me on the payment (I am living on a fixed retirement income). I would wholeheartedly recommend Kevins business to anyone and plan on calling him again for any appliance that should malfunction in the future. Thank you Kevin. You are the man!

Very rude and unprofessionalhe scheduled my service then instead of showing up at the designated address he called and told my voicemail he was 15 minutes away, but never showed upI could have had my service completed by a more professional business instead of waiting all week to be canceled on

Kevin called back within 24 hrs and came over the next day. Quickly diagnosed the issue with my 3yr old GE refrigerator. Needed a new control board because my freezer wasn't defrosting. Showed me his price for the replacement, gave me a reasonable quote, manually defrosted the freezer with a heat gun so we could use it, and then fixed 3 days later. So happy with everything. Kevin is awesome.

When your oven dies Thanksgiving week, panic sets in. I called Kevin as soon as he opened and he came the same morning. Professional, competent and personable. Would and will highly recommend him. Additionally, I was pleased to work with a Veteran owned company.
