        Absolutely awful experience. I received a coupon by being a member of Guadalupe Credit Union so I thought, "sure, let's use this" was quoted over $500 (which even the professional thought that was high), spent HOURS in the office with the professional just to be told over and over that they have a new tax system this year and they didn't get a lot of training on it - excuse me? I will never be going here again. I'm sticking with our local CPA's in town, much quicker and better service. Added bonus, your dollars stay local, they don't go out of town to a corporation.
