I feel hoodwinked by Chacon Accounting. He messed up my taxes but didn't bother to let me know. When I called to inquire where my refund was, he asked me to bring the documents back in and then sat on them for 6 weeks. He didn't return any calls - I went to the office 3 times and he was never there. I finally asked for my tax documents back so I could file by myself. I feel lucky to have gotten the documents back at all. He did not refund the money I paid him (about $200), and I filed with turbo tax in the end.

I called to ask simple questions and to see how the energy/vibe was. I dont do business with people that are not pleasant or friendly. Said Hello and good morning, how are your? 3 different times no answer each time, Hello..Hello can you hear me? Yes I can. So I said that I was trying to start of the conversation light and friendly. She scoffed and hung up on me! great confidence in customer support!

Chacon Accounting and Tax Service are the absolute best around. Throuhout my military career, Charlie and Dolores continously provided outstanding service regardless of where we lived in the world. As a recent retiree living out of state, they continue to provide the same top notch service. I highly recommend Chacon Accounting and Tax Service.
