My day started out poorly when Budget Truck rentals of Santa Fe claimed they couldn't honor my reservation because they were out of trucks (despite several sitting in the parking lot.) I drove to Uhaul and spoke with Sean
Within minutes Sean had me lined up and out the door with a clean truck. He was there when I returned and quickly processed the return paperwork. I was pleased to see that the final charge was slightly lower than the original estimate.
Great service, clean rental truck. Great job!

Very pleasant experience at this U-Haul dealer. I needed a 5x8 utility trailer for 1x day to take green waste to the local dump. It was a very reasonable price for a 24-hour rental. The gentlemen running operations there was very friendly and efficient. I think it is pretty much a one man operation and he was doing the work of 2-3 people and doing it well! I will be using this site for any future U-Haul rental needs without a doubt.

I was very disappointed trying to help a friend and this location even after being told by corporate UHaul that they can use a debit card that has a visa or Mastercard logo that can be run as credit. They refused to rent the vehicle. I understand not taking a debit card that is not able to be run as a credit card but the reason we as consumers have a visa or Mastercard debit card is exactly for that reason it Carries all of the protections against fraud that a credit card dose. So because of this it has cost my friend a lot! We made the reservation waited all day and then were denied services. To be told that we can rent a different truck from another facility the following day with a debit card! How dose this make any sense? It dose not plain and simple! I will never be giving this location any business in the future and would caution anyone else who only has a debit card to make sure before you are put into a bad situation and unable to do what you need to because of a breakdown in bad business communication and customer service. There is a Penske not far with much better customer service.
