My husband designed an engagement ring with them. I did not like it. He encouraged me to bring it in and ask if it could be changed. I was hesitant - I was worried about being judged. And I was right to worry. The salesperson was extremely judgemental. We were both perfectly nice. I didn't insult the ring or the store. I just said it wasn't my style. But they still made me feel terrible for even asking the question. It was just a high anxiety time for me, and they made it that much worse. It still hurts years later. This would not be a one-star review for an ugly ring. If they had simply been a little bit compassionate, I would have fallen over myself with relief and gratitude, and it would have been a five-star review.

Such a an authentic and wonderful experience. As soon as you walk in the door you are warmly greeted and the sales associates are just a wealth of knowledge. The jewelry is very well crafted and I have bought a number of unique and beautiful pieces which I cherish to this day. I highly recommend anyone looking for quality to pay a visit.

I was on a quick business trip and had a short window before catching a flight. I had hoped to find a signature silver set and had a specific vision in mind. After seeing store after store of similar silver and turquoise jewelry, my last stop was a pop into Gusterman Silversmiths. I immediately found exactly what I was looking for. A one of a king striking cuff, ring and earing set. Britt knew I was in a hurry and custom hammer fit my ring on the spot. Their shop has such a special vibe and every time I wear my pieces it truly brings me joy.

Hands down the best place for silver jewelry in Santa Fe. We had so much fun picking out our cool matching anniversary rings. The silver smith even adjusted the sizes for us right on the spot. A MUST if you are in Santa Fe!!

I received these beautiful earrings in the mail yesterday and I could not be happier! Britt, Kerstin, Wanda, & Susan helped me at different times, yet Wanda was especially helpful & extremely patient with me: talking me through what I wanted and keeping in touch with me long distance. She was a joy to work with!!! This combination started out with purchasing the ring and adding some diamonds that I already had along with their diamonds and a Ruby. I have worn this ring almost everyday sense!!! It is so comfortable to wear due to how they squared off the bottom side. My husband encouraged me to have earrings made to match. The ring and the earrings are interesting, beautifulI, unique & certainly treasured!!! I LOOVE them both very much & appreciate the wonderful experience we had
