        "Very poor customer service" got screwed out a ring that I purchased several years ago.... now they claim that they can't record of the purchase after it got serviced the pasted 15 years...and on its last visit to their store for service it returned broken and won't fix or replace it... I claim ZERO STAR ON THEIR BEHALF
