I have been waiting over a month now for my house phone outside line to be repaired. There have been many phone calls, promises and even appointments made but always postponed by them. Finally this afternoon a very competent technician, Christopher Martinez, did a good job of diagnosing the problem but....yet another ticket had to be submitted. The right hand not only doesn't know what the left hand is doing, it doesn't know what the right hand is doing! And the CEO, Jeffrey Storey, makes over $17 million a year! For running this company into the ground? It's management, not the techs, who are incompetent.

Was "satisfied" with the DSL. Decided to go to wifi. What a mistake! I was told I was one of ten houses on Camino Azul that was not connected to the "box?" I would be connected in three weeks. Years later and I am still not connected. The service is lousy, at best. Also, paying $25 more monthly than I was told my charge would be. I've telephoned more than seven times. The sales reps (aka 'techs") don't listen. One or two key words and the customer gets answers and solutions to things not asked. When I wanted to discuss my charges, I was "disconnected." DO NOT SIGN UP WITH THEM! I finally have the patience and time to do it now.
