The thing is - it isn't the storefront that gets the one star review. It's the corporation and telephone-based customer service you will never get good service from. I no longer get my internet or wireless service from them. But that's no fault of mine - they do not offer internet where I now live. But they were happy to knick me $45 for 4 days of wireless beyond the date I cancelled the wireless and found another carrier for both services. When I called to ask what that was about, one of their foreign male telephone customer service reps on one occasion kept putting me on hold, return, hold, return, until he asked whether he could call me back in 3-4 hours. Another foreign male rep on another occasion shouted over me when I asked a second time, I asked to speak to a supervisor. He said he was the supervisor, I asked a second time to speak to a different rep and he refused, shouting again. I had never had such a horrible exchange with a telephone rep at ANY company. I posted a complaint on the legal complaint link on the Xfinity website, and a manager phoned me to explain the costs and that I'd lost the affordable access discount I'd been getting the day I cancelled the internet. I explained I would still have been using their service if they had offered it at my address, so it was cancelled through no fault of my own. He cited legalese on the affordable connectivity contract, which I'd signed four years prior, as if I should have remembered all that verbiage. None of people I'd spoken to on the phone during this period of time had ever mentioned that to me. So, to recap - they didn't offer the service at my new address, I found a new carrier a few days later, and paid Xfinity $45 for the privilege of continuing to use their wireless service for 4 days until I could find a carrier who did offer both internet and wireless at my address. I was shouted at and over during a horrible customer service phone call interchange. The whole thing was justified by a manager. If you have other options for your bundled services, do yourself a favor and take advantage of that. btw, I had learned all of this about the telephone-based customer service help very early on in the years I had their service. So I had learned that unless I did walk into this storefront location for any help, I wasn't going to get it. When I did walk into this storefront, I always did get the help I needed. If they ever close that storefront in Santa Fe, Xfinity customers are on their own , , , , ,

It has been 41 days since my internet went out. They finally got it going this week and it has gone out twice. No computer, no TV and spotty phone service. I live by myself. I have not felt safe since this happened. 2.13.24 update. Still no internet. It has been 45 days.

I have not had internet in three months. Still being charged for it though. In thr past 24 hours ive had two no shows from your techs for installation, your Customer Service Reps have insulted my wife and rescheduled the no shows WITHOUT prior verification.
You guys are the absolute worst.
