        Beware, I lost 3 cats and now have copd after propane water heater was not installed properly.

        Ruben such a nice and very helpful gentleman called him on Monday and a couple days later they installed my parents water heater they were fast and efficient. Also the least expensive one I found in Ruidoso or Ruidoso Downs. Thank you Ruben

        Worst experience we have ever dealt with. They confirmed our water heater was out 8 days ago and we have left multiple messages-spoke twice with Luis (a nice plumber) who said Garrett was supposed to be calling-no calls-we still have no idea if they even ordered a water heater. Worst customer service & still without a water heater.
