Love calling on Bonito for help with our plumbing/heating/AC needs. Someone always answers the phone when I call. They always call back and give us a date for service. The employees they send always call ahead to let us know they are coming. Today, Arthur and Eliseo took care of plumbing needs throughout the house. Both men were super pleasant and helpful. They took care of most of our "list" of needs today and will have to order parts to fix the remainder of the list. They kept us well informed as to what they were doing while they were here and cleaned up well. We have used Bonito many times over the years and will continue to call them.

Once again, these folks go above and beyond... we had a "non-emergency" repair (no hot water) on New Year's Eve. I just wanted to get "on the list" for a repair on Tuesday after the holiday. They showed up on NYE at 4:30 and made a temporary repair until they can get the replacement part. We've got hot water again! Thank you, Bonito River, and Happy New Year!
