        I have a very unique case against me and it's been very scary at times but through thick and thin Mister Marston and his very confident paralegal have been Honest Trustworthy and Have given me excellent advice and guidance Did I really want to hear what they told me at times Hell NO but sometimes the Truth Hurts I would of been Steamrolled by a over zealous DA had I not Hired the Marston Law firm Lawyers aren't Cheap and you get what you pay for They are completely reasonable and go above and beyond

        Terrible experience and now my time has lapsed for my issue and no longer able to refile. Avoid this place. Will not take calls return calls, has to be hounded for weeks to get a reply of some kind. Reply - I am not who you think I am as I gave you money to represent me and you failed to uphold your end. You are not sorry as you got paid and I got nothing.

      Yes I do, as I was the second attorney on the case and you insisted that we proceed. We were working within an incredibly short time frame and most of the representation consisted of attempting to circumvent the State of Limitations. I am sorry we could not pull a rabbit out of a hat for you but we certainly tried.
