I have had a continuing professional relationship with Mr. Rafkin for more than ten years. I was looking for a lawyer to represent a small non-profit in a civil matter and Mr. Rafkin was introduce to me as someone who could help in determining a course of action(s). At our very first face to face meeting it was apparent that Mr. Rafkin is a cut above. Adam had clearly read all the background information we provided and had already formulated a plan of action. Moreover, he understood the limited funds available to our organization and offered, if necessary, to represent us for no fee.
