        Today I had to take a couple of Amazon returns to the UPS Store behind the McDonalds on 528. When I scheduled my return on Amazon I checked no box, which I thought meant that UPS would provide the box. A very nice lady helped me at the counter, but she was new. She went to ask a question. Another lady came out yelling because the shipping label said I needed to provide the box. Literally being very abrupt. When I said I must have misunderstood, she didn't even offer another suggestion. When I asked if I could just pay for a box, she walked away and told the counter lady to give me a bag for a dollar a piece. I asked for the manager and the manager defended his employee even though he wasn't really there to hear the whole thing. No apology. He said let's just finish this and call it good. Then some other guy came and yelled at me about them being told they are liars all day. The only apology I got was from the counter lady who had nothing to do with anything. Will try to find another location. I realize this js a simple thing but not good customer service even after I acknowledged I had misunderstood.
