It is most unfortunate that you had a less than satisfactory experience in our store. We take your accusations which is complete lie very seriously. We understand your frustration with the handling of your package. The manager personally handed your package to the driver and it was sent on to Arizona. Somewhere between Albuquerque and Arizona it was delayed. Your package was delivered to its destination the next day as we're sure your aware. If we didn't hand it to the driver your package would not have been delivered. Even after all of this, we have filed for an Electronic Guaranteed Service Refund through our corporate. You should receive a refund within a 10days or so. This is the reason why you were charged for the NDA service. The system failed to deliver on time. In response to your slanderous remarks about the manager he called you about the lies you said here on the review and to let you know that it was all indeed a lie, The manager did not ask for you to remove the review at all. Accusing the staff and manager on a social platform and attempting to ruin the reputation of our store is uncalled for. We did not mishandle your package at our store. We did our job completely. Our staff checked right before your eyes to show you that your package was no longer in our store. You are mistaken and your angry accusations are misplaced. We have proof on our cameras that this entire interaction was done professionally and correctly. We serve every customer every day with the highest standards possible. From time to time something happens beyond our control. This is the case here with your package. We are sorry this happened and we have done our best to make it right, however, since you continue to say slanderous remarks on a social platform and continue to escalate things we ask that you no longer visit our store as you are no longer welcome. Again, we have done our part in trying to rectify this by filing a claim on your behalf for a refund and you should receive the check soon.Best regards,Management
