I was fairly certain I had left a review before for RJ's, but I'm not seeing it. I've been using them since 2020 when I moved out of rental whose policy it was to have me pay for carpet cleaning upon move out, even though they were ripping the carpet out to do tile... Seems legit right? I've used them at my new rental to do the stairs a few times, as we have WHITE carpet on the freaking stairs. That's a disaster waiting to happen. I can't believe how clean the carpets get when these guys come out... It's actually insane. And they always manage to book you very quickly. Highly recommend

UPDATE: The next day when they came to pull the fans out, we had a lengthy conversation with John. He was very informative, apologetic and friendly. He actively listened to our concerns and walked us through the entire process and said if we had any problems, we could contact him at any time. John should be made management or at the very least given a raise. We added another star just for him. Thank you so much, John, we appreciate you!! We had a toilet flood for the 2nd time in 4 days today (this time it covered the entire apartment). My boyfriend's apartment complex called these guys in. I was not impressed. One guy was on the phone complaining about how he should've been out of work an hour earlier. They left standing puddles of water ALL OVER his apartment. The walk in closet wasn't even touched. We're talking ankle deep water. Under the bed wasn't touched. The rug under the bed was rolled up, STILL WET and left under the bed. None of the other carpets were moved (I had to roll up the living room rug sopping wet and hang it over the patio wall). I asked if they could run the vacuum over it and got no response, like I wasn't even talking. They vacuumed the dining room rug but there was still water everywhere underneath it. They set fans up and said they'd be back tomorrow. One was squealing like crazy and quit turning but was still running (fire hazard) so they set up a different fan in its place... On top of the wet dining room rug. Not to mention, the cord attached to this fan, they left it sitting in a puddle of water! It was our first experience with this place and to say we are less than thrilled is an understatement. Very disappointed.
