        We stayed here while driving through on a road trip. We specially picked this hotel for the large pool that advertised a closing time of 10 but when we were there they closed it early at 830 for no reason and kicked us out. The staff was rude, never at the desk and took calling multiple times to get someone at the front to check in. Also advertised as heated pool and it is not. The room was only ok and cleanliness was only ok. You can hear EVERYTHING. Very thin walls. Would not recommend. We will not be back. Reply to owners comment: There was no one else in the pool or sauna while we were there. The employee just closed with no reason.

        It was a good stay, the only problem was the heater that would not stop even when I lowered it to 63 degrees. I had to turn off heat and turn on the AC. After that it all went well. Thank you

      I'm sorry to hear that your experience at this hotel was further impacted by the negative behavior of some of the guests. It's unacceptable for anyone, especially children, to throw bottled water in the pool and cause damage to the sauna heater. This type of behavior not only affects the safety of other guests but also causes damage to the hotel's property. It's important for guests to be respectful of the hotel's rules and amenities, and to be mindful of the impact their actions have on others. Again, I apologize for the behavior of some of the guests and the negative impact it had on your stay.
