Melissa the front desk manager went above and beyond to make my stay here wonderful. I stayed here for a business trip and she made sure I was taken care of with amazing customer service. She will be the reason i come back to this hotel if i travel through again.

Had a cousin look at the place before I booked it. Was showed a nice room! The room I got wasn't the same. Kinda dinjy, bed squeezed w every move.. it was ok for the price..

Numerous items in the room were not working. I was promised a partial refund which never showed up on my account. So much for ever staying at Travelodge in the future.

Walking into the room, it seemed nice enough. The king size bed was clean and nearly made, the counters were clean, as well as the floor. But then I noticed a used wash cloth on the night stand, a used bar of soap in the tub, toilet paper unfussy in the toilet. Upon further looks, it is like the maintenance of the place was poor. Holes in the wall, things haphazardly painted. Just lacked care, like sieve did the work had no pride in it. I slept well and the TV was nice, but that's it. The man in the reception was very kind and efficient.
