I Was scheduled for an estimate on 4/27/2022. The day came and went and Dwayne didnt show. I texted him at 5 and asked if he was still coming. He said he had been in a meeting all afternoon, and he was really tired. He told me to call him anytime the next day and he would go at whatever time I was ready. The next morning I texted him at 8:30, he said he had me scheduled for 10. He showed up at 10 but said he forgot tape measure so he left and showed up an hour later. I asked him if he could check the attic for damage; he said he could but never did. A few minutes later he said he was done and would call me no later than Tues May 3rd with my estimate. Here we are May 20th and I still have not heard from anyone.
