        There aren't words to describe how much of a godsend Terran has been to our family. Long story short: elderly grandparent's house flooded 4 months ago. We've had a terrible experience with a "restoration" company but, thankfully, TC was subcontracted to do some work. Not only did Terran fix some of their screw-ups, he has gone above and beyond to make repairs, including extra stuff he wasn't contacted to do. His strong work ethic and values, thorough communication, manners, integrity and sweet heart have been such a wave of relief after months of frustration. I have no doubt that, had we had him from the start of this whole situation, it would've already been done. I wholeheartedly recommend him, his work and work ethic. Terran, you are a godsend and we are SO grateful for you!
