        I just crossed the USA. I have visited many hotels during my travels. I have never seen such a bad reception. No television. The wifi doesn't work. No coffee. The room is in poor condition. The door doesn't close. The owner comes into the room without knocking at 9am to say that we have to leave at 10am!
