Whats the point of this hospital, if no one helps. From check in, to the Dr, no one seems to know how to there jobs. Theyre always rude. Dr. Lacey, you are the worst. What kind of unprofessional doctor, laughs at their patients. This hospital needs all new staff.

They wanted to fly me out said I had covid.....I got up and walked home in snowstorm...if I did let them fly me out I would be dead now....I went back for my toe I had accidentally hit against a tire....was swollen a d infected....I waited 3 hours never helped me at all I just left.....this place helps no one

ER is a major wait.... But over all, once they check you in. It's a normal time to wait. Being patient is the Key. Be Peaceable to all. Things will work out.

This review is very specifically directed at one individual, not this entity as a whole. This is about a phone call received at 3 am this morning, at our home/business, from one of your nurses, Peter Hunt-Rosado, demanding information on a wrecked vehicle. Apparently an elderly woman was being released from the hospital after a car accident and he wanted info on her vehicle. Our phone tree clearly states for people that are calling on wrecked or stored vehicles to leave a message with vehicle type, tow date, etc and wait for a call back. He, Peter, instead presses 1 for EMERGENCY towing and roadside assistance. When he was asked to call back during regular business hours, as the car was completely undrivable, he called me rude and started arguing with me about our process. We are family owned and operated, and have elderly here in the home as well, and do not appreciate the harassment at 3 am. As I am sure your establishment has procedures in place, and for a reason. Furthermore, it needs to be the vehicle owner or the owner's power of attorney to retrieve vehicle info for future reference.
