Service from the "office lead" Eva...she was very rude about scheduled appointment time, when I contradicted her, she came at me very negative and with a poor attitude. As my daughter was getting her teeth cleaned, she walked by our area staring at me and giving her "mad dog" stare. She is supposed to be customer service oriented in such a professional work setting. Not happy with front staff at all. Dentist and hygiene staff were very helpful and courteous.

EVERYTHING is on point. The service: Magical The professionalism: Surreal The ice cream at the end: Immaculate No wonder the movie theater commercial talks about the ice cream at the end, I mean, who does that?! Maybe I'm biased because my cousin was in the commercial, but man, that ice cream hits DIFFERENT. The people here were so patient when I was little they let me watch the Fred movie while they did their thing, do you know how annoying that movie is? The main character's voice is like nails on a chalkboard and yet these legends just grit their teeth and go with it just so I could be comfortable. Talk about comfortable, BEST waiting room EVER, you can watch TV, read magazines, or just melt into the pristine couch. If I could live here, I would.

Ive been with Sundance Dental for 2 years and within that time frame, Ive seen 4 different dentists. Ive also waited a whole week for my prescription pain meds. Im overly disappointed.
