Dont waste your money. Terrible service. Was unable to get a hold of anyone in the office when we needed questions answered. Theyll call you back to write a contract though. We will no longer be using Allstate.

Very rude customer service, they literally hang up on me while I was talking. I cancelled homeowner's insurance, because they promised me it would be cheaper, and it turned out to be very expensive! Don't fall for these people they will rob your money and give you false promises. Also, they said they will cancel my previous homeowner's insurance, that's a lie too! Don't fall for their scams!!

This Allstate crew has been the absolute Best! Levi Blocker and Ami have taken special care of all our needs! I have 4 vehicles insured all full coverage with a damn good rate! Every time Ive had an issues with billing or needed something simple like a declaration page and they are on it! I moved from Progressive to Allstate and it was the best change ever!

Don't use this insurance agency! They have treated my elderly father poorly! They haven't been able to do a bank draft right for almost four months!! My Dad has always paid his bills on time. Trying to talk to these immature agents results in being laughed at, talked over and horrible, horrible customer service. My parents have been with Allstate for over 21 years. If you want to be treated poorly, go ahead and use them. Unprofessional and rude! What a joke. I asked for his policy to be cancelled due to the poor service received and was assured it was. I had a feeling the guy I talked to wasn't going to do it and sure enough I called the Allstate Customer service line and it HAD NOT been cancelled. Also, they charged him a late fee, because they couldn't get his auto draft right, we will not pay the late fee due to the mismanagement of small details. I'm filing a complaint with the OSI for the mistreatment of my elderly Dad. I am also filing one with the BBB in Farmington. Don't consider this place for your insurance needs. They are worthless.
