Filing a insurance claim was terrible! I would not recommend them unless you enjoy fighting with your insurance company when something goes wrong. We had a water line break in our rental property that they would not cover because they said the break was not large enough. Water line breaks causing flooding of carpet, damage to drywall & ceiling and some how this is not large enough to be considered a water line break. I would give zero stars if possible!

I am so happy I moved over to State Farm! Lori is outstanding, she helped me to get a fantastic auto and renters policy that was far less than what I was paying my previous insurer. Life policies are reasonable as well. I love being able to communicate via email, Instead of having to stop work and call, to make changes to my policies. These guys are great, highly recommend.
