Nick intervened and sorted out Allstate claims after the death of my mother. Very disappointed with Allstate. My parents were with Allstate for over 50 years. Even though there were multiple notes in claim that she had passed, the phone adjusters requested to speak with her, and refused to speak with me or my sister who was the executive of the estate until Nick intervened. Even after the estate was settled, Allstate continued to call requesting her monthly payment. SHAMEFUL incompetence , just read the claim notes!
I have been a customer of Allstate for over 20 years. And I have yet to get the roof claim on my RV motor home resolved. The phone adjuster told Nick they dont do that, that I had to bring it to a repair shop for an estimate. You would think being over 20 years with Allstate, the company could make an exception and set up an adjuster to look at it and have one of the many RV vendors come to my address. After receiving my premiums for over 20 years, I really dont think thats asking too much.
