Not impressed. No one would leave the front counter to help us in the back tool boxes. Had to go back and forth to get answers. The young lady not friendly at all.

Staff was awesome. Crystal helped so much and knew answers I was asking.

My son wasn't allowed in to look around when he was looking for a home-improvement part. The sales person stopped him at the door and suggested he look elsewhere.

Prices are a little high but I still shop there because their customer service is excellent
