I had a broken tooth that I had put off getting pulled for way too long. Woke up with severe pain. They were able to get me in within a few hours and Dr. McCauley was awesome! There wasn't much of the tooth to work with and he got it out with almost no pain (the only pain was from the numbing shots!!) I am DEFINATELY making Dr. McCauley my dentist from now on! And the rest of the staff were friendly and great too!!!

Working in Carlsbad and they squeezed me in on short notice. Had a bad toothache and they got me on in the same day I have called twice now. Very friendly staff. Ive been to far more modern dentist offices but its very clean and I received very good care. Cant thank them enough

Super friendly and professional, the office staff is super nice and the ladies and dentist are very nice. I have had 2 visits, 1 for me and today 1 for my son. If I ever need dental care again this is my come back spot.

Receptionist kept asking me the same questions. I told her dental XRays were sent by email a few months ago and no one got back to us. A few months ago, I was told we would either find out if he could do the root canal or get a referral elsewhere. The receptionist transferred the call to a lady who answered the phone rudely. Snapped at me about how they aren't taking new patients as of last week. I told her we submitted the email months ago and no one got back to us. That I'd like the referral. She asked who took the XRays and I told her Familia Dental. She was quick to snap at me about how they didn't get an email from them and "things have changed" in the last month. The XRays were forwarded from a private email, but thank you for assuming just to kick me off the phone faster.
