Went years ago to get some routine work done as i hadnt been Been to a dentist for a couple years. They were in network with my insurance but at my consultation for what needed to be done, i was asked to commit to the various things that needed doing all at once. I could pay for all procedures up front and get a discount or get on a payment plan with them. Never heard of this, i had insurance with AETNA which they allegedly took and I expected that to cover things with maybe a copayment- which is TYPICAL. However, they told me that allegedly my insurance would reimburse me by giving THEM a check to give to me??? Fishy. Giving benefit of the doubt, and not being made of money, i asked to get things done from highest priority to lowest priority and just slowly pay for things that way. The doctor asked me what i wanted done, and i said Im not a dentist soo i dont know any better? What do they recommend? He just listed EVERYTHING again in no particular order. It ended up being a circular conversation with no real solutions for my needs. So i just walked out of the consultation and left. I can see from other reviews they tend to give a lot of excuses for their poor service and dont take any personal accountability.

Whats the point of an emergency line if the doctor wont attempt to help you? Messaged him explaining the situation and the fact Im not able to sleep, he told me he wasnt available. Sorry your on call and the emergency number is listed on your voicemail.sorry to interfere with your precious sleep.
