Auto Care Center, Walmart, Bernalillo, NM. (Store 3731) The "manager" Marcus was extremely rude and tried to threaten me after refusing to honor a return on tires after a botched install on my Chevy Silverado. Do yourself a favor and go to a professional shop the first time and avoid the frustration, hidden charges and incompetence of this sad excuse for an automotive repair facility. I have never experienced employees of any business with less integrity, customer service skills or common sense than the crew at the Bernalillo Walmart Auto Care Center. Zero stars.

Horrible customer service. Long wait times. Misinformed about warranty. Waste of money and time. I'll never go to Walmart again for any auto care.
