We had two tires blow out about 30 miles outside of town. The only blessing it was early Saturday afternoon. We were able to make it here once we took the two rims off and even though they had many other things going on the person working the front went in replace the tires. Took around 20 minutes which is unbelievable. Unfortunately we weren't able to get the trailer and to get the other two replaced in time but we purchased the tires so that we would be able to have them with us. Really appreciate a gentleman working the best he could with us

$745.00 for Front Brakes and Rotors? I had an appointment for my breaks to be done but said no due to the high cost but, I did ask for an oil change instead since I already had an appointment for my breaks and they said they didn't have time to do it. ?

My experience with Big O Tires was exceptional. Mr. Hunter Schwind immediately helped me with my car, no waiting necessary. He knew what needed to be done. I am happy with my service at Big O Tires in Bernalillo.
