Tried renting a trailer. Walked through the door ignored by 2 different employees I finally asked the shop guy he didn't know about the trailer. I asked the older guy about the trailer he was helping other customers ok. I wait and wait some more they proceed to chat about non sense I tell him I'm on a time frame tells me I'm gonna have to wait so ok finally gets to me. I told old man I didn't appreciate being ignored a I'll be with you shortly would've been fine. He says I was helping other customers I said no you were just chatting it up with the people before me non business related he tells me to leave cause I confronted him about his bad customer service .Honestly I think this guy had it out for me from the time he saw me Maybe the tattoo's? Idk good thing there's other places the rent trailers that aren't dirty and rude!
