        We have had 2 experiences with Southwest Drilling. Both have been excellent. The first time was a couple years ago when our pump went out. They came right away and fixed the problem! They were polite, professional, friendly, knowledgeable and reasonable. So when we recently needed a new well system installed on another property we called them. And again they gave us great service! I highly recommend them!

        Same issue as everyone else. They install, take your money and when the pump stops working 3 months later. They don't return your phone calls, texts, or emails. Stay away.

      It wasn't warranty work. You had other mechanical issues. Another company dropped the ball and you put the blame on us. You and your wife tried to bribe us after already reversing payment. You Sir are lying. You still owe money on that account. After lying to your insurance company that paid for repairs that you refuse to pay for. I feel very sorry for your tenants.
