SolarWorks worked very hard to provide a solar system that met my needs. My sells rep Toby H along with the Solarworks office designed multiple layouts that would fit my layout and production. I really appreciated the extra effort. The install team was amazing, installing 32 panels in a day!!! Fast, clean and very informative. After inspections the system was finally turned on and producing like a charm. When I have had question Brian Hall has been quick to respond and address any questions I asked. I am very happy with the Solar Work team.

Sales person Isaiah harassed me in my own doorway and refused to vacate my property. Refused to show a permit. Rude to the Nth degree. The most aggressive sales Ive ever experienced. A most unpleasant encounter.

Good job with installation. Have had them going for about 2 years now...called twice for service and never got a response...typical of today's American companies...so sad

Anthony, Dillon, and Albert worked diligently all day even as it was lightly raining. Their work is excellent and they obviously take pride in their work. They also were very respectful and answered all my many questions. You are very fortunate to have such a superb team! Toby Herrera stands out as a sales rep. But more than that, he really cares that clients understand exactly what the process is to have solar panels. He has taken extra time to talk to us about the different possibilities and has extensive knowledge about everything. He made us feel comfortable, not pressured, about changing to solar energy. Brian has answered my many phone calls to explain emails we received, aspects of the contract, and what each next step was going to entail. I even called after hours one day and he cheerfully answered the phone and walked me through the signing of an agreement. He, too, is exceptional. Stephanie walked me through the tax eligibility process which made everything very easy to accomplish. She answered my tax questions and has made it clear she will be available to help with next year's taxes. Another fine employee!
