Apparently you can't travel from out of town and go through your belongings for more then a hour or 2. GM is rude and has no professionalism. I was in town trying to decide what to sell and keep since I now live 4 hours away and we where there 4 hours and she informed me I had stayed past my welcome and that I was not allowed to be there more than 1 hour

I have had a storage locker at this location since I moved to Albuquerque in August of 2016. Every so often the price on the locker will go up. The cost of my locker has gone up from $54 to $97 now, but their website still lists my unit size for $54. Why are they increasing our rent, but brand new renters get it for much cheaper. I am going to be moving my items to a different storage company.

This place has mice and are doing nothing to get rid of them also the roofs leak and they're doing nothing to fix it I had to let everything go cuz everything was ruined
